Q: What are your office hours?
A: Our Motel reception is open from 7.30am - 7pm. 

Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 2pm. If you'd like an early check in, please contact reception. 

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 7pm.

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: Yes, undercover parking.

Q: Do you have an Electric Vehicle Charger?
A: Yes, it is free to use for our guests

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Rockpool Motor Inn are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have a restaurant? OUR RESTAURANT IS CURRENTLY CLOSED - DUE TO REOPEN IN LATE 2023
A: Yes, dinner in the restaurant.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for both breakfast and dinner. We also have a bar in the restaurant.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, and we provide free Wi-Fi internet to all of our rooms.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a pool area and outdoor terrace area for relaxing.

Q: Can I bring portable BBQ equipment on site? 
A: No, we have a fully equipped restaurant on site, you cannot bring your own BBQ.

Q: What about friends and family gatherings and socialising on site?
A: Guests are allowed two visitors per room. These visitors must be off the property by 9:00 pm. For the comfort of all guests, large gatherings are discouraged especially after 10:00 pm. All common areas are to be kept quiet and Liquor Laws apply. Please utilise the Restaurant for social functions.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 7 min walk to main shopping area.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: Rockpool Motor Inn is a short 10 minute walk to local restaurants. We are 200 metres to local South West Rocks Country Club and Golf Course.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time (2pm) or will be charged the full amount of the first night. In peak periods or for group bookings 5+ rooms are required to pay a deposit of the first night of accommodation for all rooms to confirm the booking. Cancellations must be made 30 days + to get a refund. 

Q: Will you service my room during my stay?
A: Our housekeepers will service your room each day of your stay, other than Sunday and Public Holidays. If you do not want your room to be services, please let us know. 

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking.

Q: How to get to Rockpool Motor Inn, South West Rocks?

Traveling North follow the Pacific Hwy A1 (by-passing Kempsey) take Left Exit onto the "Frederickton/Kempsey Interchange", at 1st roundabout turn Right, at 2nd roundabout continue straight ahead onto the Macleay Valley Way.  Continue approx 11kms and turn Right onto Plummers Lane.  Continue 10.3km and turn left onto South West Rocks Road (which then becomes Gregory St).  Continue 3.2kms along Gregory St and turn Right into McIntyre St (just after the Primary School), continue 700m to Motel.

Travelling South from Macksville follow the Pacific Hwy A1 for approx 30kms and take Left Exit onto the "Stuarts Point Interchange".  At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the Macleay Valley Way.  Continue approx 5kms and turn Left onto Plummers Lane.  Continue 10.3kms and turn Left onto South West Rocks Rd (which then becomes Gregory St).  Continue 3.2kms along Gregory St and turn Right into McIntyre St (just after the Primary School), continue 700m to Motel.
