BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Low Season: To procure a reservation we require Credit Card details, Phone Number & Time of Arrival. A Cancellation Fee in the amount of $25.00 shall be withdrawn from your credit card. If you have a reservation with us and fail to arrive on the scheduled date and do not notify us, then an amount equivalent to the first night's tariff will be withdrawn from you credit card. Note: Credit card on file for the reservation will be used.

Peak Season: Upon procuring a reservation, An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of one (1) night’s stay, is required to reserve a suite and the remaining balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to your scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to your credit/debit card on the scheduled due-date. We also require a mobile phone number & a time of arrival. If Cancellation is received a minimum of 14-days prior to your scheduled date of arrival, a Cancellation Fee in the amount of $25.00 shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment and the remaining monies shall be credited back to the you. If Cancellation is received 13 days or less prior to your scheduled date of arrival, you shall forfeit all monies, unless the suite can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancellation Fee in the amount of $25.00 shall be withheld from the deposit and the remaining monies shall be credited back to the you. After making a reservation or after check in: If you shorten your stay you will still be charge the equivalent to the TOTAL number of nights that you have reserved.

Peak Season 26 Dec 2009 to 03 Jan 2010: If your required accommodation is between 26 Dec 2009 & 03 Jan 2010, this booking period is for a minimum of 3 nights stay. Upon procuring a reservation, An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the TOTAL cost of your stay is required to reserve a suite. A credit/debit card is required to confirm a reservation. If Cancellation is received a minimum of 14-days prior to your scheduled date of arrival, a Cancellation Fee in the amount of $25.00 shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment and the remaining monies shall be credited back to the you. If Cancellation is received 13 days or less prior to your scheduled date of arrival, you shall forfeit all monies, unless the suite can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case a Cancellation Fee in the amount of $25.00 shall be withheld from the deposit and the remaining monies shall be credited back to the you. EXTRAS POLICY:

There is a charge of $25.00 per night for each additional guest.
Cots are available for hire at a cost of $15.00 per night.
Child with own cot (under 18 months) $8.00 per night
These fees will automatically apply to guests who fail to include correct numbers on their booking inquiry or do not notify reception of any extras at check in. The total number of persons allowed in each suite, including children, at any time is restricted to the stated maximum occupancy for each suite & tariff paid accordingly. Guests are not allowed to use their own floor bedding or mattress for extra persons. These numbers are governed by the Local Council & NSWFB regulations.
