BOOKING CONDITIONS:
We require you to pay the first nights full rate as a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. NOTE: Due to American & Diners Club increasing their merchant fees, we will be charging guests who use these cards 4% + GST (10%)
Check in time is from 2pm & checkout is before 10am the following day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A cancellation fee of $50.00 applies to bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date.
Same day cancellations will incur a night's accommodation charge.
An administration fee of $25 is charged on all other cancellations.

EXTRAS POLICY:
There is a charge of $25.00 per night for each additional guest.
Cots are available for hire at a cost of $15.00 per night.
Child with own cot (under 18 months) $8.00 per night
These fees will automatically apply to guests who fail to include correct numbers on their booking inquiry or do not notify reception of any extras at check in.
